• Standard Shipping Information

1. Standard shipping is by UPS Ground from Jersey City, NJ  (see shipping map)
2. Under normal conditions when product is in stock and available, all orders will be processed within 1 business day of transaction
3. Shipping costs start at around $6.00 and vary based on weight and destination
4. We suggest ordering at least $25.00 worth of product to ensure proportionate shipping costs
5. Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day express shipping is also available for an extra fee
6. Total shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process
7. The exact amount depends on the level of service, the destination address and number of items being shipped
8. Shipments can be made within the USA and Canada only
9. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes or to APO addresses
10. Customers will receive two e-mail confirmations. Firstly, an Order Confirmation (with your order number & details), and secondly, a Shipping Confirmation (with invoice and tracking details)

• Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product/s within 30 days of purchase for a refund (minus shipping & handling) or exchange. Refunds will be made to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
